When you aim down sights on 4x scopes and other scopes it lags tremendously. You cant see anything through the sight for like 5 seconds until everything renders sometimes.

Steps To Reproduce
Aim down sights with 4x scope etc it will lag, and you will be unable to see through the scope until the game renders. After you aim down the sights a few times it fixes the issue.
Additional Information
Gun fights when aiming down a scope are also very laggy currently.
