I was on a very steep hill going upwards and I decided to lay prone to hide myself for a good bit, then when I decided to get back up, it launched me when I went from prone to standing up. Crouching doesn't make it happen. I don't know if its the area I'm at but it worked twice in a row and put me at very low health.
