For some reason I am unable to sprint at all even though my stamina is all the way up. The emote at the bottom left says my character is sprinting when my standing/walking but I am unable to sprint.

Steps To Reproduce
Sprint for a distance, let your stamina regenerate, and repeat. Eventually your stamina will be full and you will still be unable to sprint.
Additional Information
Not a over encumbered problem in game, nor is it a problem with my controller.
