Both when engaging in CQB with players and zombies, when the gunman is being attacked or charged and the enemy gets too close (nearly touching), the gunmans weapon automatically are pointed down towards the ground as if a wall or object is in the way. I understand this mechanic is implemented so players need to be a certain distance when aim peeking walls/corners to be realistic, but it has been the cause of many deaths for myself and other players alike. It becomes nearly impossible to survive being attacked by multiple zombies while corner trapped even if you have a full clip ready to be fired.

Additional Information
A potential fix could be when an enemy player or zombie crosses that line to where the weapon cannot be aimed and the "attack button" (RT) is held down, an auto melee with the weapon could be triggered after a brief moment knocking back zombies(similar to a heavy attack). Perhaps with a large stamina depletion or slight weapon damage as a punishment for letting an enemy get that close to you.
