When u use a gun with a scope the 4x+ ones on guns i get this effect like there is something blocking the site of the scope for around 2-5 sec this has happened to me in combat where i have been shot at and i aim in to shoot him and i can't see anything.

Steps To Reproduce
Use a gun with 2+ scope
Look down scope
For a 2-5 sec there will be a rendering problem and it shows nothing but a creamy white blob
This doesn't happen all the time but more than it should even not in big towns

This isint what i would call a FIX THIS NOW one there are worse things like server hoping into bases and the car bugs that are making the game hell but its deff a big prob for us who like to snipe and offer cover support for out squadmates looting etc,
