Seems that ps4 servers constantly disappear. I save 4 or 5 to favorite. And by next day they are all gone. Now understand that since you can move from server to server not a big issue. If though you build a base and the server goes you lost it. Also the gear.

Steps To Reproduce
No steps just save a server next day it is gone. In 5 days not one server made it 24 hours. Some vanished couple hours later.
