On many different servers, you can pick up items that were dropped by other players and sometimes can't be seen by other players. This bug seems to appear at random times and is fixed most of the times by switching servers.

Steps To Reproduce
Play on a server and try to exchange loot between players once in a while. Sometimes the other players then can't pick up the loot, or won't even see the items.
