When driving a car down main roads when leaving cities/towns as well as entering new cities/towns, there are constant and significant freezes on the PS4 (Non-PS4 Pro). This also caused my game to crash once. I believe it is due to loading/rendering of the new city/town that you are entering.

Steps To Reproduce
Drive a car down a main road that connects any cities/towns. Upon leaving or entering towns, the game will freeze up to a few seconds which can cause the game to crash completely as well. This is an issue because if you are driving anything faster than a snails pace, the car could crash making people lose a lot of their hard work getting a car repaired.
Additional Information
Suggestion: Please change the engine start/stop to a different key bind. The engine start/stop will cause issues if you are trying to maneuver around the map slowly. If trying to squeeze into tight spaces or driving off road avoiding obstacles it can be annoying because you can accidentally shut off the vehicle when reversing/driving forward slowly. This can also make an escape attempt in a car less successful. Just a suggestion.
