When you have the plate carrier with pouches, you cannot load a new magazine by pressing Y. You have to go into the inventory and press B to combine a magazine with your weapon instead. This is highly impractical especially when combatting 30 zombies. In any logic it should be faster using pouches than the normal speed, since that is what they were made for
