I picked up a head torch, combined it with a 9v battery, then switched the torch on, then switched it off.
The sound of the torch switching off (when your character physically presses the switch) it sounds like turning off or tuning a radio.

Steps To Reproduce
Holding the head torch in hands, switching the torch on then off again should reproduce audio bug.
Additional Information
I haven’t tried any other ways of reproducing this bug, nor have I tried any other items that require the player to turn them on and off
