How about changing some of the existing servers to single-hive or adding a few single-hive servers. For example there are two first-person servers in EU: either make one of the two, a single hive server, or add a third one specifically for this. Same goes for 3rd person and other regions of course.

You can label them as "Single-Hive Server" like the "Persistence OFF" servers.

Simple solution until we get private servers, or a permanent one if it becomes popular.
