Previously, you could hold Y with empty hands and it would place whatever was in your 12 o'clock position on your quick wheel into your hands.

Holding Y with something in your hands would cycle through your quick wheel.

This is an important negative change because there is now no way to draw your weapon without stopping and standing still.
