Emote wheel is non responsive when selecting (Taunts) And (Misc) actions.

Console - Original Xbox one.
Meaning i am limited to selecting only, regards and coms Emote.

Restart and hard reset of consol has not resolved the issue, I selected the emote wheel, when tryiing to select the taunts and/or Misc options, the wheel is non resposnive, and has been bugged since 1.02 Update
