My character is somewhere between Novoselky and Pavlovo. I was traveling west when I came to a straight line where everything stopped loading in. I kept moving thinking it was just a skip in the game. I shut down and restarted my xbox and let it sit over night, and today when I logged back in the same issue is occuring.
