Description

Ballistic vests and helmets need some work, as they feel op. A head shot or upper chest shot with a high calliber round (7,.62x54, and 0,308) should be at worst an instant uncon with flashing red health, regardless what ballistic protection the player wears. Most of the times it should result in an instant death, with a low percentage uncon (with flashing red health). We don't want this to become Halo, where we cause damage to the armor first then get the kill.

The point that makes (made) this game standout is that you could get a makarov in the coast and have a chance (albeit a small one) to make it in a gunfight if you could pull a head shot. Now, everything below an sks round (7,62x39) feels like a pew-pew gun and is worthless to carry. Even the 0,45 acp round is weak.

I understand that ballistic protection was too low before, but we went too far in the opposite direction. Please look into it.
