Was up at the top of the main prison building. I jumped to the roof facing the west, from the top walkway. Then fell inside of the wall to the top of the 3rd floor. This was even able to be repeated. Basically walk like you are facing the west. Turn around and walk east from bridge side to metal walkway. Ar that corner you will fall though
