There is no hot wheel slot increase for the ballistic vest once pouches or pistol holster is attached. Even wearing all hunting camo with a hunting bag with the ballistic vest and pouches your hot wheel is only six spaces. I'm sure this was just something you've overlooked since, all other items that provide storage also increase the hotwheel size.
