Steps To Reproduce
Step 1: Acquire duct tape.
Step 2: If the uses are getting low, restrain yourself with the tape.
Step 3: Struggle free of restraint. The duct tape will be like new
Step 4: Repeat. Oh and drop all sewing kits, weapon cleaning kits or any other kind of repair item because the tape fixes everything and now you have unlimited uses.
