I encountered this bug today, after I had trekked approximately 45 minutes eastbound from Topolniki towards Ratnoe. I logged off, logged back on several minutes later, and it had set me back to Topolniki and all character progress (food eaten etc.) was reset. I found that this was a repeated bug as I tried relogging after running some distance to test it.
