I have been locked out since the update. Was kicked by a couple servers and it locked my character into database. I would love to continue playing but if this can't be resolved, i want a full refund. I didnt pay for a game that i can't even play. The account number in the bottom of my screen on the main menu is (F9B31A2FC4919DD61E82871A7A799BOD59967EA9) PLEASE FIX THIS!!! Not fair to customers who have paid hard earned money, and play the gamr right to be locked out of it. If its not resolved i will be posting this to all social media platforms and letting them know how this company treats its customers!
