Attempt joining any server.

Error Character locked in database. I logged off a server to join one with friends and i waited the 15 seconds and all. When i went to join the next server it said error retrieving character from database then prompted the character locked in database attempt 5 all the way down to 1. It has been doing this since the update went live yesterday and even today it persists. I cleared my data cache as well as uninstalled and reinstalled. Still locked in database. Would very much like to play with my friends. The OS isn't listed below. I'm on Xbox One X

I literally cannot play a whole day later. My friends are waiting to move for me so we all aren't on. If i could get some assistance it would be much appreciated. I wouldn't even care if you wiped my character so i could at least play the game. Maybe future options could contain a delete character option in the case of this?
