Hello, my buddy and i have been playing dayz on xbox one for some time now. We drank from a stream while on a journey and both got sick. We took pretty much every antibiotic, pills, etc... and it has been a long time since we first got sick in the game and we still have the sickness. It is not killing the character at all it is just making the character cough and sneeze repeatedly with little to no pause a certain points making it hard to be stealth and sneak around areas with people without them hearing you.
