Park car inside of car tent.
Move to outside of tent.
Open inventory menu.
Car inventory will be accessible from outside of tent.
Tent inventory will not be accessible outside tent.
Additional Information
Bug permanently in effect.
Having tent door open or close does not effect bug.
Server restart does not have effect.
Relog does not have effect.
