I was playing with a friend earlier on Xbox One, we were walking on the shore trying to meet up with each other but during my time walking i've had 2 separate encounters with 2 separate people that both tried to speak with me.

I was able to hear both of them speak to me but when I tried to speak with them they could not hear me at all despite me holding down the push to talk button.

I was on the shore in between Svetloyarsk and the Lumber Mill/Berezino

Before beginning to play the game I had the game suspended for an hour or two, and I joined the Party Chat during the game being suspended and was in the Party Chat before joining the server via an invite from my friend.
