Ive fell through the map 2 or 3 times in this past week mostly around hilly rocky areas. And if you log out near a tree when you come back the 3rd person camera angle is super wide an you have to keep going back to 1st person to reset the 3rd person point of view. The camera angle wont do it every time you rejoin a server but ive had it happen to me a lot these past few weeks!
