There is a red car that looks to be repairable in the north west region of Olsha near a small field of what looks like sunflowers. I approached the red car and was prompted to get inside. Once I hit x to get inside, I was instantly killed. Also, upon entering the server screen after this death,my entire game froze causing a full restart of the game.
