yesterday I was playing on the RU3663984 and suddenly the server crashed and I was kicked out.
After my come back in the game in the same server ALL MY BASE WAS GONE!!!! (barils, tents, buildings, even my buried stuff)

Yes this is common. They are working on fixing these persistence issues. If a server crashes and does not shut down correctly, it deletes everything. Its just how the servers work.
