Steps To Reproduce
Hotwheel m4 and lockpick, Have m4 in hands 1 mag in gun and 1 mag in inventory plus a lockpick. When looking at a door with with your m4 in your hands and pressing Y you will equip the lockpick lock the door then switch back to m4 on hotwheel and hold left trigger then press Y and you will no longer be able to reload, and pressing Y without holding the trigger cycles your hot wheel.

Confirmed to work with m4 not sure about other guns.
