Headtorch can be turned on but when on the head they do not direct light forward. Also when in one's hand the light is not directed forward.

Steps To Reproduce
Attach battery to headtorch when holding in hand, left mouse click to turn on and face forward. Place headtorch on inventory head slot and face forward.
