After exposure to rain; 10-15 minutes the items such as the raincoat and SPOSN Tortilla bag typically give drenched status. Items such as Dry Backpack and Small Protector Case don't give "drenched status" however items inside (food, rags, medical supplies) which were previously dry give "drenched" status.
