Steps To Reproduce
When shooting your gun sometimes and going into your inventory it will not let you select individual items. The only way to fix this glitch is by taking your backpack off and putting it back on.
I know shooting the m4 has caused the glitch before not sure about other guns. This doesn't happen all the time.
