Saw smoke from downed helicopter location, got to the location, no helicopter spawned. Waited a few minutes in case it was taking awhile to load in. No luck. No helicopter, no loot, just a smoke cloud.

Steps To Reproduce
Traveled south from spawn point to Sosnovka, where helicopter is known to spawn. Smoke cloud did appear in location, traveled to it, waited for a couple minutes, no helicopter spawned.
