Doesn’t matter if the item is in vicinity or when trying to pick it up. Say I’m in a players backpack and there are 20 items. I try to pick them all up by pressing the Y button, I’ll transfer 2 or 3 maybe. Then it won’t let me pick up anymore, I found a temporary fix by putting the next item in your hand then put it in your inventory. Then I can pick up another 3 items and the process repeats. This “fix” doesn’t always work and makes a looting movement that should take 5 seconds take 1 minute, usually it does. This has gotten me killed so many times when looting a body and getting shot in head.
