Last night our party (4 people) was in Novodmitrovsk (English spelling) and all 4 of us in party were experiencing major stuttering, framerate slow down and items on screen popping or loading in slowly to the point of not being able to play the game and move our characters. We tried 3 different servers and this happened on all three. The population on the servers varied from 10 to 30 people.
