Hey guys i just switched over to europe servers to have a loot in a low pop server and lost all my progress wiped all gone tried to switch back to american to no avail i understand we're still in game preview can anything be done to retrieve my progress?

Has this issue occurred after the update? As there was intentional character wipe due to issues with characters being stuck in the database. Also, please use the "New DayZ Xbox Bug Report" form the next time you are reporting an issue from the Xbox version, as the "New DayZ PC Bug Report" is being used for the PC version only.
