My character has been locked in database for three days. I have submitted several tickets and emails I recieved an email response that the character was unlocked, but the character was not unlocked. I was told to submit another ticket here. My gamertag is killarcam666 on xbone. If the issue isn’t resolved within the week I’ll be contacting Microsoft for a refund, since the game is unplayable.
