Description

I dont know if this is the right place to post it but i have this problem: after a server reset everytime i try to log in i receive the message : DB ERROR .after that the character is locked in database . After an hour the same error : db error.
My gt : lorenzolomaz
Last server i tried to join is RU 4053

Steps To Reproduce

I logged out after a server reset and when i tried to join again i received the : db error message in the main menu. After that "character locked in database"
This happend everytime since yesterday
