I've come across two more bugs. More annoying than anything.

Helicopter crash sites will render around ~1000 meters, but after approaching up to ~100 meters, the helicopter will disappear while the smoke stacks stay behind, coming from nothing. No matter how far you distance yourself from the crash site, the helicopter will not re-render.

When loading mags that are sitting in your inventory to fill capacity (NOT mags that you remove from your gun), the mags that ARE in your gun will lose rounds once you fill a mag inside of your inventory. The number of rounds lost seems to be random and not related to the number of rounds added to the mags in your inventory, and the chances of it happening (for me so far) have been 50/50 per mag loaded.
