I climb to the top of a tall ladder and when it runs across the railing I am glitch to the outside of the railing and and made to jump off said ladder.

Steps To Reproduce
1 climb to the top of a tall ladder with a rail at the top.
2 upon reaching the top of the ladder your character is automatically glitched outside of the rail and jumps to their death losing everything
Additional Information
At first I thought it was just a fluke and then it happened to me again but I've only tried twice.
I don't know what town I was in when I tried it the first time but the second time I was on the prison Island trying to climb to the top of the Watchtower
