On three different occasion while playing on an original Xbox one, I couldn't open canned tuna while in my hand unless I held down the "y" button or the change weapon button. The game was prompting me to press "R Trigger" to open but would not work. Overall my gameplay today was very smooth.

Steps To Reproduce
Grab canned Tuna from ground and put into hand.
Attempt to hold "RT" to open
Attempt will fail.
Hold "Y" to open the tuna
Hold "RT" To eat the Tuna.
Additional Information
I only ate canned tuna 3different occasions while playing today and it happened all three times.

Confirmed the issue again today. This issue also occurs with licking Alkaline batteries and with The receiver radio in hand. Both objects ask for a RT input but nothing will happen. The user must press "Y" to do this. Playing on original Xbox one with elite controller, all button mappings are defaulted.
