not sure if this is filled out correctly but I am playing with people and we noticed the servers showing up in the same order for everyone, we start at the top and work our way down when trying to get into a server. I think that's what most people are doing, starting at the top trying to join. you need to randomize how the servers show up for everyone, that should take some stress off of the servers being overloaded. also add more servers, I spend more time waiting to play.
