In my vanilla mission, I am using for a while limited arsenals in order to avoid the "supermarket effect".
It was working but ATM, any player can load a load-out even if the extra content is not available in the Arsenal.
Think about a mission where you have limited protective gear, no bulletproof jacket, no helmet, putting an Arsenal with ∞ AK Mags will allow a player having such load-out to jump in equipped as a one man armored army, It's just destroying the mood.
