The easiest way i have found to reproduce this bug is after aprox. 1 hr in game using the Direct Comms to verbally talk to others. Where apon the game will immediatly crash out. After crashing the game this way I have had to do a hard restart of my whole system.

A second way which I have found to be equally replicatable, is again after approx. 1 hr is to use any of the other verbal Comms. After limited use the game will crash and a Troubleshooting report issued.
