The gunner can't open his hatch! I think before Tanks DLC ist was possible! Would be nice if it will be added if it wasn't there before!

Steps To Reproduce
- Place an MBT-52 Kuma in the editor
- switch to gunners seat
- try to open the hatch, there is no user action (or just turn out as commander, your Crew will do the same in "safe"-combatmode)
