I have a threadripper x1950. two 1080ti SLI. windows 10. I'm able to start armar 3 but as soon as i press play there is an error which i have attached below. Steam runs okay.

1. I first get a arma3_x64.exe - Bad Image - Exception processing message 0xc000007b Parameters etc..
2. I have uninstall and reinstalled direct X. 12 ( i have done dxdiag) no problems were found. I have verified arma 3 on steam.) I have put my threadripper on compatibility mode
3. I have uninstalled, then rebooted and reinstall microsoft visual C++ 2013. I have reinstall the latest microsft frame work
4. i have also reinstall direct x 11 and then reinstalled direct x 12.
5. in have updated to the latest gforce drivers.
6. i have changed arma 3 to compatibility mode 7,8 and 10 none of which work. i have also done 32 bit didn't work. i have run windows system file check tool - everything was fine.
7. I have used 64bit microsoft dependency walker.

None of these measure have work sore far i still continue to get an error.
