this is adds a whole new meaning to your time has come but i have been trying to start arma 3 up recently and for some reason it is stuck on a black screen at FPS9 or its stuck with arma 3 on the screen FPS9 and i cannot get it started i have a video and a pic but the picture may not be clear it looks like its loading but its not, but it shows the point that it stops loading at all
