The issues I been having is with the game completely freezing, crashing or/and some other issues, that at I have no clue what it is or how it started.

At time when, I log into private servers and I had to check what it is or when I'm on the game as normal. So I've got two troubleshooting zip folders. could you please look into this and find what the issue(s). Thanks
