It makes a lot of fun just there is something what's pesky.
The lobby does not balance. Many players wait until the last moment and jump into a team where they perform best. Also you can not see which level the waiting has. And you can not cancel the Timer when a Group to OP is. But you can change this. For example if last 5 Seconds a player can only chump in the smaller group ;) When Game play is running a Player can only jump in the group with lowest levels. I hope you can do some thing to fix this.

PS: I have seen Players with Level 1, he have a Scope, Silencer and a level 3 MG?
If this is a Cheater why can Low Level Player attach Weapons and Attachments with a low Level?
