In Argo, I come across a lot of trolls and griefers. One game I had been playing, there was a guest account that had team killed my team around 20+ times and still there was no kick initiated by the game, and we could not kick him because there is no possible way to kick someone.

Due to this being a person problem, this is hard to reproduce other than if you find a troll/griefer in game.
Additional Information
It would be greatly appreciated if there was an auto-kick for killing a certain amount of teammates, and or a kick button option.

Do you remember the name of the team killer ? Was it "Guest - [2 Chinese symbols]" or "THE ALPHA" ?
There is a vote kick system. *It could be improved.
Go to the Map, Players' tab, Select the player's name and then click on "Vote Kick".
I think the ratio to actually kick a player is 6 or 7/10.

Hello. As Eric wrote there is a option for vote kick. Also servers should have kick rules for teamkills. Could you remember on which server you played?
