Not quite sure what's triggered it. But at this point, it's stuck like that. Even through server changes, and map changes on the same server (several times), it's showing the blue message at the bottom of the XP screen, while not giving end of round win XP.

You should receive these XP only without JIP, when you start that match from the beginning.
Or did you observed it in match where you should received these XP?
